Clear Ice Bucket Package

All items are custom-made and personalized, which means they are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once production or design work has begun.

Please double-check all details (names, colors, dates, photos, and design choices) before submitting your order. If there is an error on my end, I will correct it immediately.

If the cost of shipping your package exceeds the amount you initially paid, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance. A receipt will be provided as proof.

A design proof will be sent via email for approval before printing. Printing will not begin until approval is received.

Please send clear, high quality photos. Low quality or blurry images will print the same way.
