Service Description
📍 PHILADELPHIA SERVICE AREA ONLY Airbnb Celebration Setup services are available only for Airbnb locations within Philadelphia, PA. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: To ensure enough time for custom items, printing, and event preparation, bookings should be made at least 14 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be subject to limited customization, rush fees, or may be declined based on availability. Walk into a fully styled Airbnb setup perfect for birthdays, girls trip. Our package includes balloon decor, a welcome sign, a styled kitchen island or table setup, clear ice bucket, 10 foam and clear cups, 10 shot glasses, 5 fans or party hats, or 10 fans or party hats. Terms & Conditions: • Full payment is due at the time of booking. • All payments are non-refundable. • Event details, names, photos, and design information must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date. • Airbnb access instructions must be provided at least 24 hours before setup. • Client is responsible for obtaining Airbnb approval for decorations and setup. • High-quality photos are required for custom items. • By booking, you agree to all terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. • Dates are not secured until payment has been received and the booking request has been approved. • All payments are non-refundable. AIRBNB APPROVAL • Client is responsible for obtaining approval from the Airbnb host before booking. • By booking, the client confirms they have permission to have decorations and event-related items at the property. • Lika Designs is not responsible for cancellations due to Airbnb host restrictions or violations. SERVICE AREA • Service is currently available in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the service area. SETUP INFORMATION • Clients must provide accurate check-in and check-out dates, times, and Airbnb address. • Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or inability to complete the setup. CUSTOM ITEMS • Personalized items such as cups, hats, fans, signs, banners, and pillows are custom-made and cannot be changed once production has begun. • Photos uploaded by the client must be clear and high quality. CHANGES TO ORDERS • Changes to names, colors, themes, personalization, or setup details must be submitted at least 7 days before the setup date. • Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes. RENTAL ITEMS • Any rental items provided by Lika Designs remain the property of Lika Designs. • Rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon checkout time. • Missing, stolen, or damaged rental items will result in replacement fees. CANCELLATIONS • All payments are non-refundable. • One date change may be permitted with at least 14 days notice and is subject to availability. PHOTO RELEASE • Lika Designs reserves the right to photograph setups and use photos for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.
